Those verses come to life as we look back over the past 15 years. KidZ at Heart became a reality on January 1, 2003, but we truly did not know what God had planned for us and the ministry. Read more.
Another year of great growth! God has led KidZ at Heart staff and board members through a number of milestones as we equip people to reach and teach kids for Christ within their own culture. KidZ at Heart is celebrating entering its 40th country in 2017! Since 2003, KidZ has conducted children's ministry training via short-term teams and is thrilled to impact the lives of children now in 40 countries, including the United States. Read more.
All eight modules of the KidZ Ministry Teacher Certificate are not only written, but have already been revised and redistributed based on feedback from the field. This department is growing! God is calling new volunteers and staff to meet the demand for training material both in the U.S. and internationally. I am so blessed to have Aubrey, Nina, Ellen and Beverly on board, with Becky in the support-raising phase. Read more.
Pastor Hugo was amazed at the turn out and was beaming every time he saw the number of participants. He caught the enthusiasm of the people and asked when we could come back. Seven hundred were trained in 13 countries via short-term trips. Another 450 were trained in El Salvador, Uganda, South Africa and Malawi via our in-country licensed trainers. Read more.
What a difference a year can make! God opened doors and prompted people’s hearts to host children’s ministry training for leaders and volunteers at several strategic locations here in North America, allowing them to experience new methods to help children go beyond simply knowing about Jesus to experiencing a growing relationship with Jesus. Because of a new partnership with Hope University, we have a platform to extend digital training in a new format with KidMin leaders/volunteers, expanding our reach. Read more.

KidZ At Heart continued its active membership in Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability. ECFA provides accreditation to leading Christian nonprofit organizations that faithfully demonstrate compliance with established standards for financial accountability, fundraising and board governance. Annual financial reports are available to review upon request.
KidZ At Heart is a proud member of Standards of Excellence in Short-Term Mission. In order to more effectively impact God’s world, sending ministries like KidZ at Heart have come together to identify Standards of Excellence (SOE) for every type of short-term mission project imaginable. Our short-term missions strive for the highest Christian and moral purpose on an ongoing basis. .
KidZ At Heart continues as a leader in the 1 for 50 Movement. 1 for 50 is a children's ministry training and networking initiative serving the Global Children's Forum, 4/14 Global Initiative, Viva, and other movements committed to reaching and discipling children for Christ globally. KidZ helped found this movement.
